Terms & Conditions


By participating in the Referral Program, you (the "Referrer") agree to abide by these Referral Program Terms & Conditions.


Defined Terms

Referrer: you, a previous client of Tori Caton Photography, LLC and legal resident of the United States.

Referred Customer: a friend or family member who has not previously booked with Tori Caton Photography, LLC


How to Earn a Referrer Discount:

To qualify for a referrer discount, the following milestones must be completed.

  1. Refer a new client to Tori Caton Photography, LLC by having the referred customer include your name on the contact form located at toricatonphotgraphy.com/contact.
  2. Referred Customer must sign proposal contract and pay session deposit with 15% off discount applied.
  3. Referrer receives 15% off discount on a future session.


Referral Exclusions

Discount is non-transferable, not valid for cash or cash equivalent, and cannot be combined with any other offers. Only one discount can be applied per session. Discount may not be used on gift certificates. Discount may not be applied to sessions with a contract already in place.


Right to Cancel Program or Change Terms

Tori Caton Photography, LLC reserves the right to cancel the referral program or to change these Terms & Conditions at any time in its sole discretion. The Tori Caton Photography, LLC referral program is subject to modification or termination at any time without notice at Tori Caton Photography, LLC's discretion. All referral discounts will expire one year from the date of issuance unless otherwise notified by Tori Caton Photography, LLC.
